These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SMS program provided by VISIONBZLLC, operating under the brand name Digital Accelerator (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By opting into our SMS messaging program, you agree to these Terms.

Program Name and Description

Digital Accelerator Alerts – By subscribing to our SMS program, you agree to receive text messages related to coaching updates, training access, appointment reminders, mentorship offers, and other relevant program communications.

Message frequency may vary based on user activity and program participation.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Rejoining Instructions

If you wish to rejoin our SMS program after opting out, simply sign up again through our website or designated opt-in form, and we will resume sending messages to you.

Message and data rates may apply for SMS messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Compliance with Industry Standards

Our SMS program complies with the CTIA Short Code Monitoring Handbook, carrier compliance requirements, and applicable U.S. laws. We maintain strict standards to ensure responsible and lawful messaging practices.

Legal Compliance

You must be at least 18 years old to opt into our SMS program. By subscribing, you represent that you are legally authorized to receive text messages at the number you provide.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the program if we believe you are in violation of these Terms, carrier rules, or applicable law.

Non-Compliance & Carrier Fines

As of February 15, 2024, T-Mobile and other carriers have imposed Sev-0 non-compliance fines for prohibited A2P messaging traffic. Violations may result in fines of $500 to $2,000 per incident for prohibited content, including but not limited to:

Tier 1 ($2,000): phishing, smishing, social engineering

Tier 2 ($1,000): illegal content

Tier 3 ($500): SHAFT content (sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco) in violation of federal/state law

If you violate these rules, your access to our SMS program may be terminated, and you may be subject to applicable carrier fines.

We may update these Terms at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our SMS program indicates your acceptance of any revised terms.
